Also, it seems like this one is zipping to market compared with how slow the GLE moved. We are essentially passed bulky camo and down to the skin only and ready for that to start coming off.

Yeah agree @tennmb the overhangs don't look FWD which is a pleasent surprise.

I'm not sure whether they changed it after I had seen it, of course. But back then (I posted it in here, somewhere), it was an obviously A class based interior that was 'roughed up'. Actually, there were pipes (like straight out of a DIY store) around the dash and central tunnel and some other differentiating details. Still, kinship was obvious.

Well we have 256 insiders here with secret sources, so I'm sure one can chime in.
My thought: you're comparing a Van/SUV/whatever they want to call this monstrosity to a hatchback, so the interior will be different per definition. Could be mimicking the the A but it can't possibly be the same for obvious reasons.

I think it will have a third row option. Neither BMW or Audi have an affordable three row SUV.

We should know in next few months what it looks like..

I think it fills a nice gap between the GLA and GLC as the GLA is not really a SUV and alsoany miss the boxy old GLK so this is also a option for them plus 7 seater makes it viable for small famalies who need the get the kids or kid into the back to school or for shopping.. I guess adds more options for Mercedes.

I expect interior to be same as the A class.
