X3/X4 [Renders] BMW X4 (2018)

The BMW X3 is an SUV manufactured by BMW since 2003, based on the BMW 3 Series platform. Now in its fourth generation, BMW markets the car as a Sports Activity Vehicle, the company's proprietary descriptor for its X-line luxury vehicles. The BMW X4 is a compact luxury crossover SUV manufactured by BMW since 2014. The X4 is widely considered as a "coupé" version of the X3, trading its practicality with a sloping rear roof which offers a sportier styling. BMW has indicated 2025 will be the X4's final model year.

Tail lights have similar look to GLC Coupe!
Not even close!

It's wierd that bmw put tail lights like this after GLE/GLC coupe.
Not to mention S, E, C coupe, AMG GT.
Sure they are not the same, but idea... :)
Slim and horizontal.

Slim and horizontal.

I don't see them as similar. There is no Fairydust for a start. But perhaps you should call out VW? There is your similarity.

Dont know why Bmw fans try to deny something so obvious.
MB created cars in this segment because of BMW, it would be ridiculous to deny that.

No but maybe you should your "mb is always the leader" glasses of. Let us not start this discussion. Then we can talk about Idrive clone from mercedes and the trunk copy of the e65. Let us just enjoy the bmw x4 talk about IT and if you don't have some informations and don't like IT so please avoid this thread.

A lot of the 8er series concept "goodies" are trickling down to "regular" BMWs if you look at the tail lights you can see that 8er concept tail lights inspiration.

I'm really looking forward to what they will do with the new 3 series tail lights I'm hoping they will be as slick and slim.

It's a great time to be a BMW fan.

This is a render from 2015. Maybe to slim for production but the basic looks good.
I would like this design. :)

Sorry for OT. :)

Guys, why are you arguing who copied who?

The three brands copy each other for very long time. Only Audi tries to look more different but as I see it they failed, so is better to take a look at competition and get inspired.

I like to see that BMW is coming with cleaner lines and design.

And actually the taillights look more like those from E Coupe.

Another winner from BMW. Finally bringing newness and freshness to the table.

The surface treatments are so progressive and that black one looks sinister.

Usually I am not a fan of these cars in principle, but I am digging those rear lights. They'll look great on 4er and 8er. Front could be more aggressive as to distinguish itself from the family-frindly X3 face.

I must have fallen and bumped my head, because I find myself looking forward to the M division's version of this! Oh dear...time for a doctor's visit?

It definitely looks much better than the previous model. Ok you are all right the tail lights don't really look like the Mercedes GLC, I was just pulling your leg to see what reaction I would get from the BMW fans lol.

Colour me impressed, the last shots specialty the ones depicting the grey car are a real surprise. The whole third volume of the car is much more cohesive than all the previous iterations of this x6|x4 theme. It looks like it will be decent after all.

Wow, a winner. I have never wanted an X4 before, now that is hot. Especially that minimal tailights rear end. If the Z4 and 8 look like BMW will be back to form in my eyes. They saved the saucier look for the X4 over the X3.
