3 Series [Renders] Next generation BMW 3-series.

The BMW 3 series is a line of compact executive cars manufactured by the German automaker BMW since May 1975. BMW's best selling model, it is the successor to the 02 series. Since 2013, the coupé and convertible models have been marketed as the 4 Series. The M version of the 3 series, the M3, debuted with the E30 M3 in 1986.
Actually I asked for official dimensions (which you didn't provide), and I also asked for a technical explanation, which you also didn't provide*....
Haha, So your reason being a jerk to his well reasoned reply is that the figure he so diligently quoted is from bmwblog?

Okay? Why so salty and sarcastic?
Why waste your time? I have gone through the paces. Facts and figures mean very little to dumb ass fanboys.

Actually I asked for official dimensions (which you didn't provide), and I also asked for a technical explanation, which you also didn't provide*.... but despite your assertations, I'm not 'salty' about it.

*Unless your suggesting the ONLY problem with the 5 & 7 is the net vehicle height.

Looks alright to me, or does the L look like it needs the extra the length to disguise its height?

I did provide the dimensions of the height, which is what matters in context of our height discussion, not sure what else you're looking for. BMWblog is a reputable source that gets their information from BMW's press releases, but I can go navigate BMW's Chinese website if you really want me to get the dimensions of the G28 directly from that source.

I'm not an engineer, I don't know the technical reasons. What I do know is ICE/PHEV G20 has a separate net height as you call it than the BEV G28, and ICE/BEV/PHEV designed 5er and 7er.

So for me that tells me more than enough, and common sense as well that the floor load needs to be lower to accommodate skateboard batteries, and roofline and seats need to be raised for headroom and vertical legroom.

My issues with the 5er and 7er are the visual height yes and long front overhangs, which I've talked about many times before, they just look too tall to me and I don't think they've successfully masked the visual height. I have mentioned before that the i4 is the most successful for me in hiding the visual height at least, but everyone interprets design differently and others have stated they think the i4 looks too tall.

I mean this applies to other EVs as well, taller net height in their bodies than ever before, like that upcoming A6 e-Tron, Hyundai's EVs, Mustang Mach E, Chevy Blazer, Mercedes EQ models, etc.

Why waste your time? I have gone through the paces. Facts and figures stand no mean very little to dumb ass fanboys.

Idk, I generally like to be on good terms and not get involved in forum fights like others, but it's kinda upsetting when I get asked for numbers, provide said numbers, and get met with saltyness.

But that design theme seems to have been entirely replaced by the NK one. The neo retro style looks like the one BMW has chosen for the future.
This is just a stand-in visual to show off technology. It has no other meaning.

Looks good other than the placement of the BMW badge which will obviously be on the bumper cover not far back on the hood.

Just to think Mitsubishi could have made a new Lancer or Galant with this appearance. A new EVO or VR-4 would bring new perspectives and a revitalisation for Japan in the C And E high performance segment.
