A post-apocalyptic film starring a young Don Johnson with his telepathic dog.
This one has a rather kinky tale of survival as the poster notes, with some comedy thrown in. The production of this one is a bit lackluster. 6-10

I was thinking about going to see that in theaters but it came and went in a blink of an eye.

I was sad to see this not gaining traction as it's an original take on science fiction but has a slant towards Japanese anime. Adapting anime is a difficult process not only do they Westernise, they bastardise too. The scope of The Creator was epic and broad and multi layered. I enjoyed thoroughly.
Unfortunately being a Disney product it got caught up in their backlash which crashed and burned their 2023 theatrical release slate to the loss of 1 billion at the box office on top of the production and marketing costs.

Better than I thought, but not enough to elevate the score above a 7/10.

I intentionally went in having read as little as possible about the film as possible, I'm glad I did, and I'd recommend doing the same.

I can't wait to see Godzilla Minus One. The only good movie of the year apparently.

Agreed. The story was very weak, I didn't feel like there was enough basis for there to be a Rebel army. Like what have these guys done to justify there being Rebel group to fight the so called Empire.

However in typical Snyder fashion it was beautiful to look at.
