WRX 2014 Subaru WRX

The Subaru WRX is an all-wheel drive sport compact car manufactured by the Subaru, originally based on the Impreza created for the World Rally Championship in 1992. Subaru claimed the name WRX stands for "World Rally eXperimental". Starting with the 2015 models, the WRX lineup has been split from the Impreza, with a different body style that is not offered as an optional hatchback/wagon, being introduced as the separate Levorg model.
I wonder if this company is going to launch a beautiful design once and for all.

It wouldn´t hurt them.

Well, it's all very close now for a model that no one (besides me) is very interested in...

Not quite the same effect would you say?

I'm quite astonished that no one's posted the official pics of 2014 Subaru WRX. Buncha German car lovin' snobs.

There won't be one outside of Japan - best you head over to the Levorgy thread.

Pity, I love the current Impreza hatchback. Not feeling the Levorgy thing yet. But I didn't like the Impreza either till I started seeing one in my neighborhood everyday.

I really really like how it looks - I'm not joking. I do really like it.

Which is strange, and I'm off to think about it twice and see if I will still like it in 2h.

I can't understand why I like it, but I like it. I am confused.

You can order the car online, directly from Subaru Australia.

The first 100 new-generation Subaru WRX sports cars destined for Australia will be available to pre-order from 12pm today.

A secure payment portal on Subaru Australia’s website will allow the first 100 customers to select the colour, transmission and preferred dealer for a new WRX, which isn’t scheduled to arrive in local showrooms until March/April.

Subaru Australia will take a fully refundable $2500 deposit, guaranteeing customers their new Subaru WRX is among the first batch to land in Australia. Each of the vehicles will be individually numbered, further emphasising their exclusivity.

missed opportunity from Subaru! I really like Subaru in general, though they are usually not the most visually striking cars inside out, they make great quality vehicles that usually outlast their owners. That being said, most automakers are finding ways to shed weight, the new WRX is heavier than its predecessor. Fine, accept added features at the expense of an increase in weight. However, the biggest offense in my book is putting a CVT in a WRX. Any person with a shred of a clue when it comes to cars would avoid any car with a CVT like the plague! This speaks a lot of the majority of the people buying cars these days. They either don't care or don't know. Shameless!!!
