Same front as the Chinese 1er and their KIA-alike tourers, I knew based on the spy pics that there was no hope for the front.

The rear even it´s a copy paste from the first gen X1 looks solid.

Negative! def not intentional. Still shocked that people think that. BMW will not want their cars to be unveiled like this. If they do teaser shots, they will be professional ones.

Which is even worse then because their security measures are really weak compared to other manufacturer. It’s Like they don’t even care if this continues to happen.

The production line shots are really not wise to do because they can identify the vehicle VIN number and remember this is not full production so they can timestamp with CCTV and find the photographer. Which I am told has already been found.

This here is transportation. So therefore security would be handled by the transportation company responsible to ship the vehicle to a required destination. Which the employee not only broke the clients security measures but also their employees contract as well. The client could in effect dismiss the contract with this particular company.

It does go to show the popularity of the BMW brand that employees and contractors will go out of their way to bring the first pictures of a new model. Whether they think about the consequences is another matter entirely.

So this could turn out to be very profitable for BMW. The penalties for for transport company should be very high and the car also gets a lot of free attention, without having to pay for taking care of all the youtubers.

serial production. Hmm. Request all data for Toronto Red and Marina Bay Blue production units.
They were on line... match the VIN to time of production use CCTV to watch the production of the vehicle...Hello what do we have here? There might be a few hours of footage to watch.
