BMW is cost cutting on pics. The new M performance diesel range pics are all done in studio. Only a dozen or so pics for X6 LCI.

2013 BMW X6 M reveals its very discreet enhancements

Most obvious is the new 'power bulge' hood, borrowed from the now-defunct BMW X6 Active Hybrid. Less visible are the cosmetic changes to the BMW-signature kidney grill and the new optional LED headlights (active HID bulbs remain standard). Peer inside the 20-inch wheels to spot the painted calipers, now in a distinguished "M" blue (vehicles with optional carbon/ceramic brakes have gold calipers). Lastly, inside the cabin, BMW's active sport seats are now standard.

Unchanged – and rightly so – is the gobsmacking twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 boasting 555 hp and 501 pound-feet of torque. Mated to a six-speed paddleshift automatic and permanent all-wheel drive, the hunchbacked hero will easily crack nearly 100 km/h in under than five seconds

Those strips lift this car to another level visually for me. If I were ever in the market for an X6M then this is how I'd want it....pure class.

people are weird. So the sticker guy won you over the guy who actually designed it ?

I am sure it is faster now too.

I actually like the design though I do think the strips compliment the overall design very well and enhance its sporty image.

Actually for someone like me who finds the X6 to be an eye sore, the stickers make it a much more interesting and fun-to-look at scene.

I'm usually not into stickers plastered over cars as it kills the clean look, but I gotta say I'm digging this M-stripe's thing. Something just OG BMW about it.

An X6 M with the LED headlights from the front just makes you want to gawk at it. From the rear, it's a bit of a different story. The car drives nicely on the road, though.

That video isn't the X6 M, and it's not the old model either. It's the F16.

Making a mistake is fine. We've all done it. What really annoys me though is when I log on and hit "new posts", to find you've added a single video to about thirty threads, which means I have to spend lots of my time clicking on every thread. If people wanted all these videos they would go on YouTube.
