The 4.4 V8 make 750 Nm right, so 600 Nm for the 3.0 I6 sounds fine?

Even that is too low for 4.4L V8 twin turbo, in my honest opinion... 850 should be ok for that engine and 700 for 3.0 I6...

Really disappointed by the weight of this car at 4620lbs its heavier than all its competitors and the Jag and AMG have V8s .BMWs are usually lighter than the competition, would explain why, at least on paper, its slower than those cars .

I'm really diggin' this Salsa Red/Orange color. Gives it a more youthful vibe over a traditional red.

I'm actually surprised they've given these cars a more mature and sophisticated look, especially considering they are siblings of the M3/M4. I was expect black plastic flared wheel arches, more protruding exhaust pipes, and maybe even more aggressive hood sculpting. Nevertheless, they've both turned out looking great!

of course 600 Nm sounds fine for daily use, but the same engine will have 50 Nm more in the upcomings M3/M4. Why did BMW decided to reduce it? that would be interesting to know if it a technical decision, or a marketing one.

The Journalist from Autobild explained that this red colour had some matt finish, depending on how you look at it, he said it was giving a very nice visual effect.

The X3M and X3M Comp look great, a bit like a mini version of the last X5M. I am not a fan of the rear of the X4M so I would prefer the boxier X3M. I hope the new 6 cylinder engine will make a better noise than the current dull as dishwater engine in the F80 M3/M4. It is at least now on the same power level as the GLC63/GLC63 S and Stelvio QV so it will be a formidable rival.

There seems to be more emphasis on the Competition model rather than the standard M model. Target your higher margin.
