Feels great to come close to the actual car. Can't wait to see the official pics and see this car in person.

Scott... were the "Official Pic's" shot in Charleston,SC.....the Bridge looks like the one that connects the City of Charleston to Mount Pleasant and the trees look like South Carolina Water Oaks.A little South Carolina "Home Cooking"!!! .Thanks! PalBay
Yep......I do believe Home Cooking.Glad to see if it's true.......nice to include SC in a big BMW Product Marketing Launch. Thanks! PalBayPalbay, The license plates look South Carolina, don't they. The MA ones they used for test mules.
I like it, but, in looks, it's nothing special. Even if performance is outstanding, the looks just don't stand out. Seems like it might take fastest SUV place though, but is it even going to be considered an SUV competing against ML63 AMG and Cayenne Turbo S?
It is a mean looking car but the engineer in me is more marvelled at the engine specs.
Engine Spec:
Displacement: 4.4 litre V8
HP: 555 @ 6000 rpm
HP/litre=126 HP/l
Torque: 500 lb.ft (1500-5650 rpm)
0-60 mph: 4.5 secs
BMW X6 M and BMW X5 M Official Specs

Thanks! PalBayYes pictures were completed in South Carolina , Germany and Abu Dhabi .
I was not involved with this model nor the X5.
I was doing something "else".
More torque than the TT V10 in RS6 despite smaller displacement.

What is remarkbale with the M engineers is that they have achieve this objective with less displacement.
